Result: Result showed the mean post-test knowledge score of the samples were significantly higher than their mean pretest knowledge scores. In order to find out the significant difference between the mean of pretest and post and post-test knowledge score of the samples. The paired ‘t’ test was computed. The calculated ‘t’ value is 20.44 significant at 0.05. Since the calculated value is higher than table value. The null hypothesis was rejected hence Structured educational package was effective on knowledge of tennis ball self-massage Therapy on lower back pain among bus drivers mean pretest practice score was 4.4 in pretest, which increased to 8.1 in post-test. t-value for this comparison was 44 with 59 degrees of freedom. The corresponding p-value was 0.000, which is less than 0.05 so the null hypothesis is rejected. There is significant change in pretest & post-test practices regarding tennis ball self-massage therapy on lower back pain among bus drivers.
